Pathetic customer service

Thank you my fellow South Africans for exposing them ,it is really a shop of poor customer service and all all they care about is their 15 % charged return policy,lesson learned in regards to their rude managers and pathetic interactions ill give them 1 star my advice please lets go to Makro and other shops for eg.
