Pathetic customer service!!!!

<p>I went to Incredible connection about 2 weeks ago and asked them for the iPhone 6s Plus on contract and everytime I went they did not have deal sheets but confrimed they have the phone. I went again and the lady who had to help me went to the loo, waited over 30mins for her until they had to call her to come and assist me. Today she calls me again and tell me that they still do not have deal sheets and I said okay please give me the cash price, put me on hold and comes back to tell me she no longer has the phone. Now this is just to make me get so angry beacuse I waited 2 weeks for nothing? Then the manager Chris says he will assist but still no luck. This is the worst customer service ever!!!!</p> <p> </p>
