Pathetic Customer Service

Just went to The Greenstone Incredible Connection looking for a business laptop, and what pathetic service I received by the floor staff - firstly they have to be searched out instead of being available on the floor to help, and secondly the first guy I spoke to had such a condescending attitude, it made me wonder why I even decided to look for him. He didn't even bother coming over to the laptop section to provide assistance, and chose to walk away afterwards.

When I again obviously needed assistance (as I am basically trying to figure out the laptops and their features myself), the second guy I asked basically told me to go and speak to the first guy, who had disappeared to the back of the store. He told me that he'll be out in a while. This second guy didn't even bother to assist me himself.

Needless to say I left, and will not bother doing business with such a store, who clearly doesn't look at treating potential customers adequately.

Utterly appalled.
