Pathetic customer service

What a frustrating afternoon.

Bought a router back up battery at Fourways mall on Friday, and today it wasn’t working. Take it back there and was told they couldn’t exchange due to its out of stock, check at the nearest store and I was sent to Nicol way. Surprisingly Nicol was didn’t have as well. I was sent to Sandton city after a phone confirmation of a different brand. Got to Sandton the manager lost it cause that wasn’t the procedure. I had to buy another back up battery after all those trips. Am so ****ed and want nothing to do with Incredible connection
