Pathetic costumer service

This company has the worst client service I have ever experienced.. On the 20th of February i took my Xbox one remote in under warranty, they had told me to come back after 14 working days, I went back after 20 working days dew to work reasons The lady that was assisting me with this problem was suppose to order me a new remote.

so when I went back on the 21 of March 2021, only to find out that she had completely forgotten about me and my remote so it ended up in a argument. i had asked her that i would like to speak to the manager, because i was being treated like i wasn't welcome on this company's premises. she turned out to be the manager. i have never in my hole life been treated so badly by any company before.

and the best part is this problem is still not solved.
