Pathetic connection

If I could I would change their name to pathetic connection. Their customer service is non-existent, bought a printer online on the 17th November 2021 received a message that my order was successful. Issued with an order number to track my package to my disappointment the tracking dashboard was last updated on the 18th November 2021. This morning I received an sms from the courier company Skynet that my package was going to be delivered today but it wasn't delivered. Talk about pathetic service.
