Pathetic

Bought a laptop from incredible connection a month later discovered the audio jack does not work, incredible connection refered me to Dell. Dell has been out twice and still the laptop does not work, went back to incredible connection I was told there is nothing they can do to help me, I am still sitting with a laptop were the audio does not work. Pathetic service from Dell and incredible connection, will not be doing business with either company and neither seem interested in assisting me
