Pathetic and unsympathetic service. INCREDIBLE CONNECTION THE GLEN OAKDENE

We bought a Hp laptop. Specifically stating to the sales rep we need 1 with a Dvd Rom. He showed us one on display. We were happy with all the specs. He packaged something completely different. On the website the store at The Glen mall closes at 7pm. However we got her at 6pm the same day and they were closed. We returned the next day to eventually take the item on display and we again waited for 2 hours for the device to be formated and set up. I asked the manager Lindo what he can do for us for the huge inconvenience. He said "there is nothing we can do" abruptly. 5 hours of our time lost.
