Pathetic After Sales Service from Incredible Connection Fourways Mall Branch

Fourways Mall branch - not worthy of one star! Took a faulty monitor back in November and was assured of a 14 day turnaround time. Over three months later and no progress has been made. Calling the store to try and speak to a manager is a waste of time and money. My previous experience of a faulty gaming device was equally bad. Don't recommend buying anything from Incredible Connection ever again, especially this store which should do way better at customer service given that it serves a busy market. Pathetic service.
