Pathetic

Disgusting service. You have to click and collect online. But the system doesn't allow me to purchase the product online because on an IT issue. So I go in-store to find out how I can purchase the product all the staff in the store says sorry we can't help you. I'm disgusted that I had to drive and get no solution. Pathetic
