parcel out for delivery but never arrived

Product not arrived within the 3-5 business days For last 2 days got message that parcel is our for delivery but no delivery received...then they still expect one to wait indefinitely for a parcel for the entire day which doesnt even arrive. Company needs to sort out packing and sending out parcels timeously and working with couriers who actually deliver
