Parcel never delivered

Decided to give Increadible a try. Placed my first online order on the 1st of April 2026, order says it was delivered on the 2nd of April 2026, but that is untrue. We were unavailable at the time the courier was here (13h39, I have cameras all over showing the courier returning to his vehicle with the parcel). But then magically it was marked yesterday evening as delivered, though they never returned (again, camera's all over proving they did not return). Please sort this out and avoid marking something as delivered when it has not been. Contact me for order number and tracking details.
