Parcel marked out for delivery multiple times but not delivered

My parcel has been marked “out for delivery” multiple times, including “driver en route”, yet no delivery attempt was made. I have now been told the parcel is not even scheduled for delivery. The courier contact number provided does not work, and I am unable to collect the parcel.

I have contacted customer service multiple times but have not received any resolution or escalation. This is not a normal delay — this is a service failure and lack of communication.

I request urgent assistance and proper scheduling of my delivery.
