Parcel Marked Delivered But NOT Received – Unacceptable Service

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received. My parcel has been marked as delivered, yet I have not received anything. The delivery confirmation is completely incorrect, and I did not sign for any delivery.

To make matters worse, I received an SMS at 17:27 stating I was next for delivery — and at the exact same time (17:27) another SMS claimed my order had already been delivered. How is that even possible?

Your call centre has been unbelievably unhelpful and rude. Instead of assisting me, your agents repeatedly dropped my calls. Mpho sent a cancellation email to the complaints team, which I never requested, and then provided a wrong number for the warehouse. I was also given a number for a team leader, Tsepho or Tsegho, which no one answers.

This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. My parcel is missing, I have no proof of delivery, and I expect an immediate investigation and resolution. I want confirmation of where my parcel actually is, and when it will be delivered to me — correctly, with my signature as required.
