Paper White Kindle

I purchased a paper white Kindle 12 generation from Incredible Connection on 18/11/25 . Price was really good a delivery was also good. But unluckily it only lasted 1 day and the screen went blank. I contacted Incredible Connection that same day. I was put through to there customer care department. The staff member was brilliant and assisted me, even with her help we couldn’t get it going. She told us to take it to our nearest branch another will exchange it. We took it too Incredible Connection, Toti branch. When we arrived we were treated very and the staff were most helpful. The Technician checked the kindle too and he also couldn’t get it going. I was then given a brand new Kindle replacement. What brilliant service that was, THANKS INCREDIBLE CONNECTION.
