PAID UP LETTER INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

On numerous occasions, I tried to phone to get my statement in order to pay off my account. I have logged complaint after complaint after compliant, and then i would get a SMS saying the complaint was sorted out, but NO ONE CONTACTED me to find out what my actual complaint was. Still waiting after 1 month for a paid up letter.

Disappointment is not the word to describe the CONNCET FINANCIAL GROUP...
