Paid cash for a unit and cant seem to receive my money in the same manner

<p>I bought a XBOX one from Incredible connection about 20 days ago only realizing afterwards that you need a uncapped internet connection to play any game on the unit after that i repacked the unit into its orginal packinging and return it to Worcester store in western Cape. i paid hard cash for the unit and they couldnt pay me back in the same manner now they have done a card refund which can take up to 14 days to be returned to me, as far as i know the credit law states that you must pay the client back in the same manner in which the client paid you i dont have 14 days to wait for my money and no one can tell me where we are in the process its been 3 days now i will never buy anything from incredible connection again. lost a customer Incredible. i returned the xbox remote to game and they paid me cash back directly no questions asked that is customer service.</p>
