Package not delivered. Courier company Aramex

I have placed an online order with incredible connection on the 2nd of October 2025. Until today 10/10/25 i havent received it. Incredible connection uses Aramex for deliveries, this company has been giving me run around about my package, the always claim "im always not at home" , i haven't received any calls from their drivers who claim im always not at home. All im asking for is for my refund, so that i can use the money to purchase the product from other stores.
