Overcharged Incorrect Product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on 27 March I placed an order for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 64gb Neptune and proceeded to make payment. To my surprise, after making payment I received an invoice for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 which is not the product that I order. I was invoiced or charged for a Note 8 yet the order appears to be a note 7 Tried tracking this order using order number *** but your site says tracking invalid. Please rectify this error and deliver a Note 8 64GB as that’s what I paid for and have been charged for OR provide back my full money.

I’m displeased at the response rate and feedback time already, I've sent an email regarding this query and have not received feedback.
