Over promise and under deliver!!!!

Bought a very pricy blue tooth speaker from Vaal Mall on the Friday, which they ordered from East Rand Mall (not even 100km away). After 3 full business days the parcel was still not even picked up. If I bought this from Takealot I would have received it by now. Poor delivery service! This is the last time I would ever buy from IC. I wanted to support the local community, but this was a big mistake.
