Over 3 months of terrible service.

I bought a laptop in March 2022 and a ***** fell out, I took it to Incredible Connection on October 31st to be repaired. Today is February 4th and my laptop is still "being repaired" no communication from the store, and they are extremely rude to me as a customer.
