Outstanding Service from Lordiwck Mai - IC Sandton City

<p>It jas been a very long time since I have recievd such excpetional customer servcie in a retail store. I went into IC Sandton City to purchase a new iPhone. Lordwick was exceptionally knowledgable on teh products and spent a lot of time with me explaining teh differnece between teh doifferent optiosn avaialble.</p> <p>When I decided whihc unit I wnated, there was no stock avialbale in teh store. He claled around to other branches to find stick for me and then offered to personlaly go and fetch it from teh other store on Sunday morning and bring it to Sandton City for me, He called me as soon as it had arrievd at Sandton so that I could come and collect it.</p> <p>He really went out of his way to assist me and to ensure I left a very happy customer.</p> <p>This young gentleman is expectoipnally well spoken and verty technically savvy and is a real asset to your team. I am not sure whetehr he is a casual or a permanent staff member, but you shoudl really nurtiure and develop him as he cleraly has loads of potential and is going to be extremely successful in his career. Well done IC on such a great custoemr experience and thank you Lordwock for going more than just an extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. I really appreciate it. </p>
