Outstanding customer service

On Saturday late afternoon I called Incredible Connection Watercrest Mall in Durban and Donovan assisted me telephonically. He was very polite on the phone. I told him that I would collect the item on Sunday but later decided to do it just before the store closed. When I walked into the store my son and I were welcomed with a friendly smile by Donovan and he took the product from the shelf and started gathering everything that belongs with the item.
