Outright theft

Placing an order with incredible connections was the worst thing I could have ever done in my life

They only delivered one item out of the three I ordered

When I contact their call centre, I got hung up on by an individual named Sam whilst kindly explaining my query.

This led to me getting frustrated and when I called again I asked for an escalation to management and an individual by the name of Argill outright said “I refuse to escalate”

Another person by the name of Fortune refused to escalate as well

I’ve called multiple times and there is no assistance Does this mean I wont get the stuff I paid for with my hard earned money?

This is pure theft
