Outdated business model

Online shop took 17 days to deliver my order. The call center takes hours to answer a call, and cant provide any information. Their email contact isn't manned. They used a courier company called "Skooch", who don't have any online profile and cant be contacted. Don't know what happened to Incredible Connection but its quite sad.
