Out of Stock + Bad Attitude

I went to go buy the Scandisk 32g Flash drive that was advertised for R149.<br> <br> When I reached the shop I went to look on the shelf. After not finding it I went to the front desk, where a number of consultants was standing even though they could have helped earlier, and asked for help.<br> <br> I was told that they were out of stock. So my next questions was whether they can get it from neighbouring stores. The consultants told me that there was 5 left at Eikestad, but that the shop have already closed. Then i asked if they can get from other shops. They rep**** by saying that they can get from other shops but it will only arrive in this week(21 - 24 April) and that i will have to pay the normal price because by then the special would be over. <br> <br> This is bad service and they did not even explore other options like taking a raincheck. I asked whether there were any other ways they could help me and they just shrugged their shoulders. <br> <br> To me this is unacceptable as i would have bought two flash drives. <br> <br> I will never go back there again!
