Out of date employees

When I went to the store yesterday the sales consultant told me that all telkom contracts are 24 months. I have been following up with them from the 7th of April till today the 10th of April. They keep saying the system is offline. Now when I am following up with the same store... a lady tells me that there was an error with the printing. You guys can go look at your cameras the time i visited the consultant never showed me or told me that the special is incorrect yet he told me that all telkom contracts are 24 months , why was i advised wrongly, if the deal was wrong why not tell me on Thursday and I could've went directly to telkom instead of waiting for something that doesn't exist?now the lady just says she is very sorry and the guy was wrong to give me wrong information. Wasn't the consultants supposed to be up to date with the current specials.
