'Out for Delivery' but nothing has been delivered for 4 days

I have a delivery that was supposed to have reached my destination on the 30th of January. On Aramex's website, its been on 'Out for Delivery' since the 30th of January and today is the 4th of Feb. I contacted both their centres, and was told that a complaint was logged with Incredible and with Aramex, I was told that the the delivery agent was told to ensure delivery yesterday. I am still waiting even today and when I call Aramex, I got told that they have no contacts of the agent since the area is regional. How can this be the case? How is Incredible Connection still working with Aramex when their delivery is like this? The package is very important and has been needed for a child to start their university school work but cannot because of this delay. I am so disappointed and I cannot even get the attention of a manager or someone to take this matter seriously.
