Ordering from Incredible Connections is the worst

I've ordered an item from Incredible Connections an employee of the shop told me that it would be delivered today but I haven't been informed about it nor have they updated the website. I've sent them an email about this issue, yet I haven't heard anything back I had to wait for 20 minutes on the phone just to get assistance but no one helped me
