Ordered Macbook online, no delivery or update after 10 days
I ordered a Macbook on their online shop, big mistake. It's been 10 days and haven't received any follow up since the parcel "left the warehouse". I lodged a complaint and apparently, they will get back to me after 24 working hours (which is 3 working days). It's been 2 working days since my complaint, no feedback yet. I am a frequent online shopper, and it's seldom that deliveries take longer than 3 days to my address.

16 Apr 2025, 11:19Update: After much uncer*****y and stress, the delivery took place on day 16. The courier from Skynet did not call me on my number, but instead handed the Macbook over to a neighbour across the street. Luckily, we know each other, but in general I don't think it's a good idea for couriers to take shortcuts like this. Regrettably I cannot recommend Incredible Connection as the entire ordeal was horrible.
