Order that was never delivered

I bought a cellphone as birthday present 🎁 and the turnaround time of 2 to 5 working days elapsed without real-time notification 🔔 regarding my order. I asked them to refund the money and was told in 3 days the process will start and now it's more than a week calling the shop spending airtime without show of intend to process my refund. I'm ****ed
