If I could give minus a star, I would. Non existent after sales service for online purchases. When you call their line, they make you hold forever, and if you are still holding after 45 minutes, then they cut the call. Do not buy online. Rather pay a little bit more elsewhere, their promised 2-5 days delivery is a hoax.

08 Sept 2023, 12:03So I ordered a Cricut maker from Incredible connection, and 5 days later they inform me they are stocked out and will refund me in 7-10 business days. In the meantime, I’m missing out on an opportunity to buy the machine elsewhere while my money is tied up with them. Incredible connection is a huge ****, their consultants are not helpful, they insist there’s nothing they can do. They don’t care about the customers. Thieving is what they do. While they earn interest on my hard earned money, I am losing business. They are a big ****. DO NOT BUY!!!
