Order not yet delivered

Placed an order on the 31st of Jan, they indicated they will deliver in 2 to 5 days. I'm still waiting. When I call their call center they pass the bark to the delivery company. I called the delivery company, they indicated they don't have the order with them it's still with the incredible connection's warehouse. I call the incredible connection again, they said they escalating to complains department I will be contacted within 24 to 48hours, that time has expired.
