Order not showing on the tracking system, call centre not picking up calls.

Bought a TV and a DSTV decoder online on Saturday (28/11/2019), been trying to call the callcentre for the past 2 days and no one picks up ***). I need to know what's happening with my order, when I go online to track my order, it says "There is no tracking available". If there is problem with a delivery, I'm happy to pick up my order at any of the Durban stores.
