Order not received

Unfortunately, upon collecting my order, I was informed my order was not ready despite getting an email saying it was ready for collection.

I brought this to the attention of the staff at the time, but the issue has not yet been resolved. As I did not receive the charger I paid for, I would like to request a refund for this item.
