Order not received.

<p>I ordered 3 education softwares from incredible connections online store. I paid 'next day delivery' with for my order. A couple of hours after my payment had gone through the status of my order was changed to 'Awaiting stock'. What I don't understand is why it was not disclosed on your website that stock of the items that I have order is not available. If such information had been disclosed then I would have ordered my items from takealot.com as opposed to wasting my time with you guys. When I phoned incredible connections to enquire about my order I was just told that you are awaiting stock nothing else. What I need know is when I will receive my order. Time and date please!! I was also told by the consultant I spoke to that she would log a complaint regarding the next day delivery fee that I had paid which is supposed to be refunded back to me since I did not get my order on the next day. She said a company representative will phone me regarding this issue in the next 24 hours and that too didn't happen. I'm very disappointed at the service and treatment that I'm being subjected too by this company.</p>
