ORDER NOT MET WHILE THERE IS PROOF OF STOCK WITH NEAREST BRANCH HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE THIS AND PRODUCT VERSION TO BE SAME

I find it really hard to except that my order that was placed 2023-11-30 11:02:36, with a sale price has been cancelled because of stock only to find the very same monitor at my nearest outlet selling for ordinary price and in stock, I have experienced bad customer service by an in store associate before but did not think that i will also be cheated on this deal, and told that a refund will be issued 7-14 working days, issued a complaint on Friday after being called and there is still no info as to when i will get my refund on op of that only to find the very same item in stock at my nearest branch this is dishonesty on another level and i will not be excepting this resolution anymore, will never purchase anything from you ever again hope other people don't as well as this company don't value its customers
