Order not delivered, money '******'

I placed an order over the internet in early Dec 19 for delivery before Xmas, it did not arrive in time and then later I checked the order tracking and they state it WAS DELIVERED!!!! It definitely wasn't delivered. I have e-mailed them, contacted them via the website, tweeted them but NO RESPONSE. People, please don't buy online from Incredible Connection, they are *******, they'll ***** your money.
