Order not delivered

When you get a chance avoid buying from this **** company. I recently bought a laptop they sent an email that they have received my order. This is the 4th day there is no tracking of my order. 2nd day it moved from order placed successfully to order picking in progress. And then boom went back to the 1st step. I raised an issue so many times nothing is changing. For the fact that Carnelius Bantwana *customer service) did not reason with me at all instead of a way forward he just spoke nonsense while he didn't want to listen to my complaint. The company is bad, customer service is nonsense they don't understand the sensitivity of paying money and no delivery. I am so angry. I will never ever buy from them. They just ignore the refund matter or me going to collect my order.
