Order not delivered but marked as delivered — no feedback from support

I placed an order with Incredible Connection (Order ***) and received an SMS saying it was delivered — but nothing was delivered to my address. I phoned customer service at 16:37 and was told to ignore the message because deliveries were still happening until 18:00. I waited the entire evening, and no delivery arrived. Since then, I have been calling repeatedly, but the phone just rings until it switches off. I opened a complaint (***) but have received no feedback at all. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable service. I needed the item for the weekend, and now I am left without my order and without communication from Incredible Connection. I want urgent feedback and a clear resolution on where my order is and when it will actually be delivered.
