Order not delivered because all laptops are faulty

<p>On the 30th of August I ordered an acer 2 in 1 laptop, opted for the "next day delivery before 12pm".</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 31st I waited for my order until 11:30 am, I then decided to call them. I was told not to worry I will recieve it before 12pm, at about 13:00 pm I called to find out what was happening because I hadn't recieved my order, A lady told me it is now going to be delivered the "next day" which was on the 01st of September.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 1st of September I waited for a message or a call from them to say my order is on it's way but there was nothing.</p> <p>I then called , I was told that I am going to recieve it, they are just waiting for the delivery guy. I waited until about 2pm, called again and I was told all the laptops are faulty. As we speak the laptop is still on sale . how the hell do they sell faulty laptops? I called again this morning demanding my money back , they told me it will take about 2-7 days. I want it today I have been patient long enough. there is an IIP option when making payment I can get it today. I do not trust them I just want my money today.</p>
