Order not delivered
Placed an order on the 2nd the status “shipped” from the 3rd. They can’t trace my order and haven’t received any delivery communication. Bad service, called them and they also don’t know why I haven’t received it 😡

11 Dec 2025, 14:48if *********** was a company it would be incredible connection . This was meant to be a beautiful gift for my daughters however the birthday has come and gone . I've called, I've emailed and I've been waiting for a manager to call for the entire day .its almost the end of the 2nd day and there is still nothing. I spoke to, Jabulile Ngali , TERESA MALUKA and every other donkey under the sun is escalating the issue but even now nothing . I am calling using my airtime which is more money . this business is clearly not taking me seriously . Maybe we need the ombudsman to intervene cause this is unacceptable to say the least . I will continue to drag this business until I get what is due to me even if it means I need to I write a review and escalate the matter every single day I will
