Order Not Delivered

<p>I placesd an order online on the 01st Feb and paid for delivery for the next day because I did not want to wait for the standard 7 days delivery terms. I still have not received my order and the customer care consultants keep on saying that the store manager will contact m. I haven't been contacted by anyone, and I do not even know which store manager to be exact because they just keep saying the store manager. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just tried to call the customer care again and now they are telling me that my order has been delivered. I have not received anything. Can they then show my the delivery documents as proof?? </p> <p> </p> <p>I need a refund now because I am not having any joy with your service. I knew that I urgently needed my product hence I Paid for delivery. I am not stupid. It is now Friday and it means I will go home without anybody telling me what is happening. Really!
