Order delivered at wrong address.

Ordered stuff online from there website, firstly they started to send stuff in small portions and the last 5 left products they sent is probably to a wrong address, i did not recieve them but they sent me an email that i recieved, since that time I've tried to reach them 3 times via email but no response, seems like they not taking this seriously so please assist me this.
