Order Delayed With No Updates — Very Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with Incredible Connection. I’ve been waiting for my order for far longer than their promised 2–5 working days, and still nothing has been delivered. Today was supposed to be the day I finally received it — and once again, nothing arrived.

What frustrates me even more is that I was next in line for delivery, and the driver cancelled while he was still in Bellville, which is only about 16 minutes away from where I live. No explanation, no follow-up, just cancelled and disappeared. They are not allowing me to pickup my order from their warehouse, because at this point I’d rather go fetch it myself.

The communication has been terrible. I have not received any updates from the courier, and every time I follow up, I get no real answers. I even called Incredible Connection customer service, and although they logged a complaint, absolutely nothing was resolved.

I needed this item today as a present, and now those plans are ruined. It’s been two weeks, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.

I honestly expected better from a company of this size. I won’t be ordering from them again
