Open Boxed sold as new!

I bought a wireless access point from their online store. I got an open box, with the access point already set up with an unknown username and password and SSDI already set. No mention was made that this was an open box deal. Phoned the online number explained the situation but until now they have not phoned back.

The box was not sealed and the content was also incomplete.

I know how to reset the router but a bit disgusted they would let this happen.
