Online Store Service is nonexistent

I purchased a gaming table and this was not what was advertised. The product looked very different after the initial unboxing VS the online pictures.

I accepted and was happy to purchase another product, which I did.

I called the online store for assistance to assist with the return and refund of the product and 3 times they could not assist me in a proper fashion. Kept on referring to logging tickets.

I dealt with Mahlako, Katlego & Sphiwe that requested pictures be sent back for the return of the product which was done on 08 Jan 2025.

I have not received a call or a response. Another follow up was sent on 17 Jan 2025 and no response.

I would not recommend to deal with Incredible Connection Online, service is beyond pathetic and the lack of looking after a client is nonexistent.
