Online Store Pathetic Service.

Bought a wifi plug online on the 1st, today is the 7th, still waiting. Called them on Friday the 4th, they said I will have it by mid day on the 7th. I called now again, the lady escalated to the Online Store and the query will take again 24 hours. Really pathetic. Then try to log a complaint on their website. Not giving the option for Online Store. I chose the branch from where the plug was dispatched. When I submitted, I received a message, something went wrong please try again. Will never in my life by from their Online store again.
