Online store delivery poor service

Do not purchase from their online store. No one calls if your delivery has been days with the courier. Received a message that the parcel is with courier after 2 days of placing the order, 3 days later its still with the courier and no phone call received from customer services explaining the delays. I needed to call in and then to only find out the parcel was picked from Kimberley. Would not recommend purchasing from their online store
