Online site promises, but does not allow, free delivery

<p>After remarkably poor service at the Vaal Mall branch, I tried to order the product online. Being priced R1549, it qualified for the free delivery (for orders above R250) option. It said so in bright pink on more than one of the web pages. Yet when I tried to check out, the promised "free delivery" option was not available. So I cancelled the transaction, and started from scratch. Same story. I tried in a new browser window, same story. They promise free delivery but the website only offers paid delivery.</p> <p>I saw the chat icon, and was connected to a fellow who introduced himself as Brandon. He suggested I restart my browser. Of course I have tried it before, and did it again, just to get to the same result.</p> <p>Brandon's response was to be sorry for the inconvenience. No offer of alternative options. So I logged out and bought the product at Makro.</p>
